Relined is a Dutch dark-fiber and DWDM operator built around the fiber infrastructure that runs alongside the Dutch national rail network. The route topology gives Relined paths that are physically distinct from typical road-laid metro fiber.

DFDC does not mark up the underlying fiber. The contract and SLA on the dark pair sit between you and Relined; we charge the cross-connect once, with no MRC on the cross-connect itself.
