Tours are conducted by an operations engineer rather than an account manager. Bring the technical questions you would normally hold for the second meeting — we will open the doors, walk the floor, and answer them on the spot.

A working facility, not a showroom.

We open doors that other facilities keep closed. Plant rooms, the meet-me room, a customer cabinet aisle, the BareFABRIC core — all on the route.

Data hall

Walk the cold aisles. Inspect a sample cabinet. Density profiles, A+B feeds, cabling tray — we open the doors.

Plant rooms

Generators, UPS, ATS, distribution. Drilled, labelled, audited — come check the maintenance log on the wall.

Meet-me room

Where carriers terminate. OS2 single-mode patch, three carriers, diverse-path runs. The hand-off you will use.

BareFABRIC core

Arista core switching for the metro fabric. The room your BareFABRIC port lights from.

Perimeter

Electrified fence, external doors (RC4 / NEN-EN 1627), points of access. We will answer security-officer questions on the spot.

NOC + ops desk

The team you call at 03:00 sits where they sit. Meet the engineers; the answer to "who actually picks up the phone" is in this room.

Bring whoever needs to see it.

Tours are not gated. Bring engineers, security officers, procurement contacts, prospects evaluating you as a hosting provider. We will walk the same route with all of them.

Pre-registration is required for access (ID at the door). We will send a confirmation with the address, parking and a route map. If you need an NDA in place before the tour, request it in the same form.
